Rental Checklist

Refund Policy: 

You may cancel for any reason at least one week in advance of your bike rental day.  Any orders canceled 1 week in advance will receive a refund for half of their rental amount. We do not return deposits for cancelled orders.  

Any bookings canceled within one week of the rental start date will not be refunded with the exception of strong storms/hurricanes.

We are happy to shift delivery times for drop off or pickup, however, we do charge $50 to change a drop off or pickup time for each occurrence.

If plans change, let us know! We are always happy to reschedule orders or shift rental date if bikes are available.
